He turned $2,200 into $35,000.
There’s hidden gold in everyday places, you just need to know where to look.
Rob Stephenson from FleaMarketFlipper.com is living proof. This guy turned flipping from a side hustle into a full-time business with insane profit margins, while working part-time.
On The Side Hustle Show, Rob broke down his “High Profit, Low Volume Flipping Model,” showing how he routinely flips items for $1,000+ profits.
Here are some of his wildest flips:
Ambulance Stretchers: He turned $2,200 into $35,000.
TurboChef Ovens: $800 into $17,500.
Autoclave Sterilizer: $100 into $3,000.
Parking Lot Security Tower: $5,000 into $25,000.
Rob’s golden rule? “It’s not about who sells the most, it’s about selling the right stuff with high margins.”
And if Rob had more time? He’d jump into a pickleball swag business. With the sport blowing up, there’s huge potential for someone to make bank on paddles, gear, and accessories.

Steve's 5 R's of Home Service Revenue
Here’s how Steve, the guy behind That1Painter, grew his business from the ground up.
Real estate agents: Because they’re the unofficial gossip queens of the housing market. They know all the homeowners, contractors, roofers, and everybody who’s anybody with a house.
Repeat business: It’s how you stay in business. Paint the inside of the house now, the outside next year, etc…
Relationships: Real estate agents are key, but so are contractors and other centers of community.
Referrals: Low-to-free customer acquisition cost means sustainable growth. Who needs expensive ads when you’ve got Mrs. Johnson from down the street raving about her newly painted shutters?
Reputation: For obvious reasons, which you build through good reviews. In the age of Google, one bad review can be like stepping on a business landmine.
Try these methods in your home service business. They might work for you, but results can vary. Good luck!
That's it for this week. Have a great Friday and see you next week!
